WELCOME to the Piedmont, Missouri Rotary Club Website
Wayne County, Missouri
.....where 1 stop light, 1 radio station
and 1 Rotary Club get it done!
The
Piedmont Rotary Clubis the
oldest continuing civic organization in the county
having been chartered in 1941.
Our reputation for service
to the community is unparalleled. Club members combine
their resources with donations from area businesses to
help support over twenty area charities and youth
related activities including scholarships, Scouting
and sports.
Special emphasis is placed
on activities to help alleviate the symptoms of poverty
and promote literacy.
Every cent of money raised
by donations is returned to the community, ideally in
the year it is raised. Monies not spent are invested for
scholarships in future years.
